Our Unique Process for Your Unique Business
Regardless of your business model or the problem you are seeking to address, you deserve a unique, tailored approach. Our seasoned professionals always start with listening. Our process is designed to truly understand you and your needs.
Step One
Hello
This may seem obvious but we prefer to meet and learn more about who you are and what you do before we offer solutions.

Our first meeting is to help us discover if we are a good fit for each other. We want to make sure your needs are met, whether it is through us or someone else.
(Oh, and drinks are on us)
Step Two Foundation

If we agree that this is a good fit for both of us, we will then enter into our Foundation phase.
Our Foundation phase is focused on understanding and crafting:

What is the problem you are solving

Who you are serving (client base)

How you are meeting the need (services/products)

Why you (what makes you unique)
We work with you to understand the who, why, how and what to your organization. Whatever your needs are, understanding these core areas is the foundation for our strategy moving forward. We are passionate about alignment to ensure sustainability.

Once we understand these areas we can begin developing our strategy.
Step Three
Internal Audit

Now that we have uncovered why you exist and defined how you accomplish this, we can begin our internal evaluation phase. We like to consider this as "therapy" for your organization.
​
We have a tested process to aid in discovering where we are currently at as an organization, where we are headed, and where we should consider going.
Step Four
Road Map
Once we have evaluated our organization, we have a better understanding of the direction in which we should head. This phase allows us as a team to walk through setting our goals and objectives related to the needs we have addressed.
Just like your organization, your goals will be unique, relevant, measurable and ambitious. We use the SMART acronym to help accomplish this (as well as some other helpful tools).
This is an exciting time to evaluate what could be possible as an organization.
Step Five
Accountability

Goals are great, but unless we assign these goals and define what is expected, you are setting yourself up for frustration.
​
We work with you and your team to make sure your goals are spread out across the relevant channels in your organization. We also know that without the proper accountability, this is difficult to maintain.
We love accountability.
Step Six
Roll Out
​
Now that we have defined where we are going, responsibilities, and timeline- we are ready to being execution.
​
We will walk you through how to begin this process and what areas to prioritize.
​
We have the right tools to help your team communicate and help maintain accountability.
Step Seven
Evaluate
Evaluation is key to ensuring we are in fact successful in our endeavors. We can meet with you however often you prefer to discuss current performance and what adjustments may need to be made.

We do not leave you with just a plan. We understand that there is always something new to address. This is why we continue to evolve with your organization.
Step Eight
Repeat
​
Continuing this process on a regular basis will ensure your organization is staying true to its mission and vision.
