Levi would describe himself as a driven, passionate guy who loves seeing businesses elevated. He has dedicated his career to advancing this cause. With a Masters in Organizational Leadership and several years of transforming organizations, you can say this is much more than a hobby for him.
When not working on fifteen different things, he loves to read articles, hang out with his beautiful bride and kids, serve at Church and hit the gym.

Why SHERPA?
​
BBC defines a Sherpa as- "Someone who is a mountain guide or porter working in the Everest area." They are known as the "backbone of any expedition". BBC also explains that while this is the most common understanding of the term, "Sherpa is actually the name of an ethnic group of people who live in the mountains of Nepal, central Asia."
​
Sherpa's who serve as guides are some of the most skilled and experienced climbers in the world. They aid in preparing routes and making sure climbers are prepared for the arduous journey ahead. They then walk with these climbers every step of the way making sure they reach their destination.

While we do not literally climb mountains (some of us enjoy climbing), we like to think of ourselves as Sherpa's in the business environment. We leverage our experience in multiple environments to ensure you reach your end goal.

Our team of real people with real-life experiences and skill sets works tirelessly with all of our partners to make sure you continue to be your best. Most of us are also business owners (building a common bond here). If we don't know the answers, we find someone who does.
